How to lose 10kg in 2 months and still feel & look healthy

Morning
  • 6.00 am - Wake up  
  • 6.05 am - Drink 1 liter of water (preferably filtered or alkaline water). Yes, 1 liter - not more not less. Best way to do this is use a 1 liter bottle so you will know the exact volume. 
  • 6.20 am - Toilet time. Flush out all your feces. Also empty your bladder from all that water you drank. Water helps to flush out remnants from your system before you start your day.
  • 7.00 am - Go out and walk for 1 hour 15 minutes. Just walk, don't run or jog. If you are heavy running or jogging can put pressure on your knees. Put on a pair of good shoes featured with good shock absorbers to prevent knee pain.
  • 8.15 am - Enter sauna room and further sweat for 15 minutes. Great way to detox after a work out session.
  • 8.30 am - Drink another 1 liter of water to rehydrate  
  • 8.35 am - Hit for shower
  • 8.40 am - Drink 500ml of Spirulina and Chlorella mix to replenish your energy. Avoid synthetic high protein shakes. Natural remedy always works best for the body.
  • 8.45 am - High fiber & protein breakfast. Very important meal but avoid eating too much. Make sure this meal is low in fat & sugar.
  • 8.50 am - Your day begins.
 Afternoon
  • 12.00 pm - Time to eat til full but be more picky on what you put in your mouth. Avoid soft drinks or food high in fats or cooked with lots of oil. Drink 300 ml of water with your meal. Fresh juice recommended.
  • 3.30 pm - Light snacks but no coffee. Drink plenty of water. Sugarless tea recommended.
Evening
  • 6.30 pm - Drink soup if you must eat dinner. Avoid rice, noodles, fries or any other food which are high in carbohydrates, sugar & fats. Don't forget to drink plenty of water with your meal. Water can ease digestion problem.
Bedtime
  • 10.00. pm - Again, drink 250 ml of water before bed-time. This will keep your metabolism going even while you rest. Early rest also helps you begin your recovery earlier. You should have at least 8 hours of undisturbed sleep every night. Avoid sugary drink such as soft drinks, sugar added juice or tea. For some reasons, sugary drinks always keep me from my steady sleep so I now just drink plain water. Warm water works better and required less energy for the body to heat before absorbing. Do make it a habit to drink a glass of water and you will find that you are always waking up fresh the next day.

The program above works incredibly well for me. I feel less hungry and more energized all day long. You may experience discomfort with Spirulina and Chlorella for the first time but like every other food, it takes time to adjust. No tablets or capsules. Powder absorbs better.

If you are experiencing extreme discomfort during the first few days of your trial period please discontinue immediately. Although there has't been any cases of people experiencing side effects with Spirulina and Chlorella, its good to take extra precaution.

Always remember to drink plenty of water. Daily required consumption is 4 liters a day. The best way to figure out the exact volume is take 4 bottles with each has a volume of 1 liter and fill them up with water. If you are not drinking anywhere near that much then forget about losing weight. It will not work effectively.
